My name is Federica Peci. I have a background in Law
(LLM, 2019, University of Trento) and Anthropology (MSc, 2023, KU Leuven).
Currently, I am a doctoral researcher at the Department of Social and Cultural
Anthropology of KU Leuven and a FWO fundamental research fellow. My research
project focuses on the relationship between state policies and indigenous
claims regarding the management of land and natural resources in Argentina. It
examines this interaction from the perspective of legal and political
anthropology, through a gender-focused lens. As part of my research, I will
spend around 18 months in what we anthropologists call “the field” with the aim
of learning with and from other people.
Altre Albe is a collection of unfinished reflections from
the field.
